Vanessa Leite joined That Flower Feeling in May 2023 as the Community Engagement & Development Specialist and was promoted to Managing Director in June 2024. In her current role, she manages the day-to-day operations of That Flower Feeling while focusing on expanding the campaign’s reach, strengthening the network, and securing funding to support future growth.

With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising, Vanessa has worked with national, regional, and local organizations to drive meaningful impact. Her leadership skills and strategic approach have helped build strong partnerships and increase community engagement.

Vanessa is a four-year certified graduate of the Institute of Organizational Management. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Assisting from Massasoit Community College and recently earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bay Path University. Vanessa has held leadership positions at both local and national levels and has been recognized for her dedication and contributions to the community.
