Karen Oie is a seasoned professional with over eight years of experience in the floral industry. She currently serves as the Director of Sales, North America, at Smithers-Oasis, where her expertise and leadership have had a significant impact on the company’s growth and success.

Karen is also actively involved in industry leadership, currently serving as the First Vice President on the WFFSA Board of Directors. In March 2024, she will step into the role of President of the WFFSA Association, further solidifying her influence and contribution to the floral industry.
