Joe Don Zetzsche, Former Vice President of BLOOMS Floral Marketing, brings over 35 years of experience with H-E-B, where he has made significant contributions to the company and the floral industry. He began his career as a checker and worked his way up through various roles, including 10 years in store operations and positions as a Produce Buyer and regional leader. However, it’s his 16 years leading H-E-B’s floral business that have truly set him apart.

Joe holds a BBA from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Abilene Christian University. He has played an influential role in the floral industry, serving as a former member and chair of both the PMA Floral Council and the PMA Board of Directors. He made history as the first and only Chair of the Board from the floral industry for the PMA. Joe also helped guide the merger of PMA and United as a member of the integration team and currently serves on the IFPA executive floral industry committee. His leadership and impact were recognized with the PMA Floral Marketer of the Year award in 2013.
